1. About this project
The CABAL MADNESS — Episode 39 is a private server / fan community project, independently maintained for entertainment and study. It is not an official commercial Cabal Online service.
2. No affiliation with ESTsoft or other rights holders
This project has no affiliation, association, partnership, sponsorship, authorization or endorsement from ESTsoft Corp., its subsidiaries, licensees, official distributors or other holders of rights to Cabal Online and related brands.
Cabal Online and all official names, brands, characters, images and content belong to their respective owners. References to the game are made solely as a fan tribute and for entertainment, without intending to mislead anyone about the origin or official status of this service.
3. Accounts, conduct and player responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
- Cheats, exploits, bots, abusive reverse engineering and any behavior that harms the community are prohibited.
- The administration may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break the rules, without an obligation to compensate them.
- The server may undergo maintenance, partial resets, balancing changes or technical interruptions.
4. Privacy and Data Protection (Brazilian LGPD — Law 13,709/2018)
The CABAL MADNESS — Episode 39 processes users' personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), following the principles of purpose, necessity, transparency and security.
- Data collected (minimization): We collect only the data needed for account authentication and security: login ID, email for recovery/communication, a one-way protected password, and IP/date logs to help prevent intrusions and fraud.
- Legal bases: Data is processed on the basis of performance of the contract / Terms of Service (LGPD Article 7, V) and legitimate interest and information security (LGPD Article 7, IX).
- No sharing: We do not sell, share or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising.
- Data subject rights (Article 18): You may access your data, correct your email/password through the player panel, or request permanent account deletion/anonymization through an official Discord support ticket.
- Information security: We use technical protections (encryption at rest, CSRF tokens, script-injection protection and rate limits) to protect credentials against unauthorized access.
5. Donations
Financial contributions are voluntary donations to help cover maintenance costs (hosting, electricity, tools, staff time and similar expenses). Details are available in the Donation Terms and on the donation form.
6. Disclaimer and availability
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of continuous availability, permanent character progress or indefinite server operation. If the project ends, there is no obligation to refund donations already used for maintenance.
