1. What a donation means
Any amount sent to CABAL MADNESS — Episode 39 is a voluntary, symbolic donation, given freely by the contributor to help cover maintenance costs for the server and infrastructure (hosting, bandwidth, tools, services and community operations).
This is not a purchase of a product, physical item or official service, nor a contractual obligation to deliver goods. Any in-game benefits (such as Cash, cosmetics or conveniences) are symbolic thanks / support rewards for the community, granted at the administration's discretion. They are not commercial sales associated with ESTsoft or any official Cabal Online product.
2. No official commercial affiliation
Donations do not create a consumer relationship with ESTsoft or any official franchise company. All support goes exclusively to the community project CABAL MADNESS — Episode 39.
3. Symbolic value and maintenance
- The stated amount (for example, in BRL) is a symbolic contribution.
- It helps cover maintenance costs and keep the server running.
- No fixed exchange rate, permanent reward availability or absolute priority is guaranteed.
- Cash/item conversions, when offered, are internal benefits of this private server.
4. Confirmation and processing time
After payment proof is submitted, staff may approve or reject the request. Any benefits are credited only after manual confirmation. Incorrect account details or unreadable proof may delay or prevent crediting.
5. No refunds
As this is a donation for maintenance, amounts are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at the administration's discretion where an internal processing error is proven.
6. Conduct
Donations do not permit rule-breaking, unfair exploit advantages, staff harassment or abusive demands. Abuse may result in refusal of a donation and/or account sanctions.
7. Acceptance
By submitting a donation request, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Donation Terms and the Terms of Use of CABAL MADNESS — Episode 39.
